Inspired by an amazing woman, Chan, Radical Recruit was founded in 2019 to pioneer a recruitment revolution - a movement which excites, agitates and shakes things up within the recruitment industry.   With over 100 years of lived and professional experience in the recruitment and social service industries, our founders and team of expert advisors are radically changing the fundamental nature of mainstream recruitment services. 

Operating as a charity since March 2023,  we employ a values-led approach to sourcing talent and represent those who are underrepresented in the labour market; working exclusively with disadvantaged candidates from marginalised communities who are looking to access meaningful employment at entry level.

People from these marginalised communities have enormous potential but the sad reality is that their potential is often overlooked.  This is a waste of talent, bad for  business and detrimental to the UK economy.  By working with Radical Recruit, employers take significant steps in tackling their ESG and CSR agenda.

We provide tailored and comprehensive employability support that enables Radical people to walk with purpose into their future and win jobs on merit as well as intensive post placement support. 

Since our inception, we’ve placed over 700 people into employment with a 92% sustainability rate at 6 months.
